HOAI NHONBinh Dinh, Vietnam 2022A mixed use development with a GFA of 26,500m², comprised of a 16 storey hotel (135 rooms), a conference and entertainment centre as well as a 4 storey block of shophouses. The river bank site is situated in the heart of this low rise city of Hoai Nhon, Binh Dinh Provence and will eventually become a landmark for the city potentially sparking further urban growth. The City’s pride was clearly evident from the outset, as a part of our brief the city’s logo was intended as a source of inspiration, including it’s bold blue colour. Our project makes reference to the abundant coconut plantations in the region as well as its links to seafaring history, both of which are also referenced on the logo. |
