BACH VAN RESORTTam Ky City, Vietnam 2018A 150 bedroom hotel located on a unique river setting. The site will also include 30 luxury villas, whilst the masterplan extends to the entire island. The ‘double happiness’ symbol, synonymous with Vietnamese culture inspired the circular form of the hotel that ripples across the entire site, taking advantage of the panoramic river views for the hotel guests. The combination or brick and green vegetation as seen on the nearby ancient Cham monuments inspired the textures and materiality of the design. Man made water features enable each villa to enjoy a connection with water, forming a truly unique setting to live, play and relax.  |
